The organization actively collaborates with the Government of Nepal, Japanese authorities, employers, international organizations, and other stakeholders to support effective labor migration management. - Building Unity Among Japan-Focused Recruitment Organizations
To create a strong sense of unity, cooperation, and professional collaboration among individuals, organizations, and agencies involved in Japan employment and human resource development.
- Promoting Ethical and Professional Recruitment Practices
To encourage recruitment agencies to follow responsible, transparent, and ethical practices while continuously improving the quality and reliability of recruitment services for Japan-bound workers.
- Supporting Member Agencies and Addressing Industry Challenges
To provide support, guidance, and a common platform for member organizations to discuss, identify, and resolve existing and emerging challenges related to Japan-focused foreign employment.
- Strengthening Coordination with Japanese Employers and Partners
To establish effective communication and cooperation with Japanese employers, organizations, and relevant institutions to create better employment opportunities and strengthen recruitment partnerships.
- Maintaining Employment Data and Industry Information
To coordinate with concerned government authorities and member organizations to collect, update, and maintain accurate information regarding Nepali workers employed in Japan.
- Supporting the Welfare of Nepali Workers and Their Families
To initiate welfare-oriented activities that support migrant workers and their families, including educational and social support programs for those in need.
- Enhancing Professional Standards in the Recruitment Sector
To organize discussions, workshops, interactions, and knowledge-sharing programs among legally registered recruitment agencies and stakeholders to make the Japan employment sector more organized, professional, and service-oriented.
- Supporting Worker Protection and Assistance
To coordinate with the Government of Nepal, Japanese authorities, and relevant organizations for the protection, support, and necessary assistance of Nepali workers facing difficulties during their employment in Japan.
