As a key stakeholder in Nepal’s foreign employment landscape, the association actively engages with government authorities, international partners, and other relevant stakeholders to advocate for policy reforms and regulatory improvements. Its efforts include supporting the development of labor agreements, Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and other frameworks designed to protect the welfare, rights, and dignity of Nepali migrant workers, while also ensuring a conducive and sustainable operating environment for recruitment agencies.
